I don't think Juolevi was a consensus 6th. The way I remember it was the 3 defensemen - Juolevi, Sergachev and Chychryn - were the subject of a lot of debate. Then, as the draft approached, Chychryn's stock seemed to slip a bit. But my impression was that Sergachev was the more popular candidate.

And that's just within the debate of the defensemen. 5th overall was too early for any of them. I thought 6-8 maybe for Sergachev, and 8-10 for Juolevi and Chychryn.
