Vegas is at 575m, Flames at 450m, so only $125 million less. Pittsburgh are valued at 650, one slot about Vegas, so easy mistake to make.
But they're valued at $450m. So if you own a house worth around $300 000, they're valued at 150 times that. I'm sure the owners are crying into their cornflakes about that.
