This remains a very big "if," and this is precisely my point. You can never guarantee that every individual who exercises the legal right to conceal a weapon will also use sound judgment in his use of that weapon. Concealed knives and blunt objects are an entirely different matter, in that—as previously stated—it is next to impossible to accidently stab or bludgeon someone to death. Nothing that anyone says will convince me otherwise; I maintain that concealed handguns are always a bad idea for the civilian public.
