The Flames were not playing well before the ASG. The common chatter was that they needed the break to work on their game because scoring 5G a game wasn't going to continue. Even Peters was talking about how hard it was for him to instill better habits when the team kept on winning. The team D was far too loose.
Now they are playing tight, but the scoring dried up.
The team hasnt been able to do both at the same time.
Team outscored their way of poor defensive play prior to break.
Came back to lose 4 straight.
Won 7 in a row with a few luck breaks along the way.
Lost 4 straight when the breaks stopped coming.
Concerning. But I have faith in Peters.
