I wonder where Neal is, it’s almost as if the Flames and the media are intentionally staying away from the subject. He was brought in not just for his on ice ability, but also as a guy who’s been to the last two cup finals. His presence in the room would be welcomed now just to keep things a bit even keel.

As for the Flames, trying a bit too hard, and teams are figuring out how to defend..and then panic is setting in to early and it’s getting too individual or the long stretch pass and away from the game plan.

Peters and his spotters have to adjust themselves, and make sure the forwards especially stick with the plan until things start going their way again.

Flames haven’t been outworked in these losses, so there’s that. And, not really been outchanced in these losses either.
