Great to see them looking to enforce a player needing to leave the ice when their helmet is off. TBH, I'm surprised that isn't the case every time I see a helmet comes off. "The Shift" was great, and very much doesn't happen the way it did with this new rule... but I don't need to see a player needlessly taken out hoping for something that cool to happen again. Cheevers has some cool stories too that don't need to be re-created.
Clocks in the corners will be a big player bonus I'm sure, 10 min OT will be a lot more fun, and it's good to hear that a speedy game with less SOs are what they're after too.
Would love to see these meetings start talking about cages sometime soon though. It'll take years for people to get on board, but I think we're a few bad injuries away from that finding a way into the NHL anway.
