What happened for this to have to be made into a law? Beastiality was outlawed, so guys were like, "well, we'll just wait until its processed into some food", and thus the vegetiality laws needed to be passed? Or was it just when "American Pie" came out and pies were being molested all over Tennessee and something needed to be done?
