That's my thought too - PP maybe gets better but it's a wash at Even Strength at best.
Hartman at Even Strength:

Simmonds at Even Strength:

So almost the same player, and biggest difference appears to be that Simmonds gets to play top line PP with Giroux and Voracek to compile stats, where Hartman doesn't.
I'm actually not sure this is a great trade for Nashville. Still they get better though because I really like the Granlund trade.
