I wasn't aware of this. Too bad, I thought he would have been perfect fit with Backlund and Chucky.

I fully understand this and it wasn't so much they didn't make a deal today. I'm talking in general leading up, the hole on the 2nd line is significant IMO. I thought it was something that needed to be filled in order to have a true shot at the cup. Frolik is not the answer in a playoff series against the western conference heavyweights.
