They are hurting McD more than they are helping him. He is soon to be the most hated person in hockey because of the special treatment he gets from these clowns up north. His teammates must feel great to see this too, McD this and McD that, it's as if they don't matter at all.
He should tell everyone to stop and remind them that he is just like any other player on his team. Be humble. So far he has embraced the red carpet.
