I kind of hate it when hits like this are marginalized. We now know that hits like this are really bad for the brain. He didn't go Matt Cooke and try to take his head off but there's no such thing as a tame hit to the head. Would you like to exchange your head with Leddy on that play and then tell us how tame it was? These players are just like us after all and have a life to live outside of hockey. Head shot is a head shot and it's something all contact sports leagues are getting rid of.
