Hanifin just turned 22 and is about to play his 300th NHL game and has over 100 career points as a defenseman.
If you mean closer to his ceiling time-wise because he is slightly older than the others and will reach his ceiling sooner in a temporal sense, then OK. But I don't think he is anywhere close to his ceiling. He is still the age of many prospects but is an NHL veteran that has shown an upward trajectory and constant improvement in all 4 of his NHL seasons so far.
All do respect to Kylington, Andersson and Valimaki, but they have a lot to prove before they can be the same tier as Hanifin. In my opinion of course.
