The Flames problem is indeed that they have a small number of good prospects:
Valimaki
Kylington
Dube
That's your first tier (in my view) and probably the guys everyone wants. Do you trade any of them for a guy like Coyle? I don't.
Then you are into tier 2
Mangiapane
Parsons
Foo
Gillies
Philips
Petterson
Are any of those better than Donato? I don't think they are. And even within that group I'd be adverse to dealing Petterson (give trajectory) or Parsons (given upside).
So you are left with one of the others and I don't think those have the same value as Donato.
