Coyle was an important impact player in recent years with a year left with a solid caphit (less so salary as it was backloaded).
Donato is a fine prospect but not the type of player that should get you to move a 20-30-50 type player.

Especially when good rfas are getting huge money. Coyle is making 3rd/4th line money but capable of 2nd line ice time. If he was a ufa this deal is ok but to me that is a poor return for a good player with a good contract
