Bobrovsky's success in Columbus coincided with Ian Clarke working with him. Since Clarke left for Vancouver, Bobrovsky's game has deteriorated and Markstrom has turned into a near elite goalie.
I think Trotz should get more credit then you give though. I don't think it's fair to even put Gulutzan in the same sentence as Trotz. Trotz is a very good coach, a very good defensive coach. All his teams have been stingy defensively.

I don't think it needs to be a "Sigalet bashing thread" to recognize that Mitch Korn and Ian Clarke are probably the best goaltending coaches in the NHL. That does not itself mean that Sigalet is terrible.
