And they may actually be right, just not for the reasons they think.
At this stage of the game teams needing the points would consider the Oilers essentially 2 free points whereas getting anything out of the Flames will be a brutal grind.
If you're after a minimum of 2 points out of 4 out of Alberta the Oilers are your far safer bet.
