As much as I believe he's going to be Erik Karlsson 2.0, what the heck do you do with a fully healthy D corps? Valimaki trumps him in everything except HDCF, which I feel is more a testament to Oliver's offensive instincts than Valimaki's defensive tendencies.
From a pure WOWY perspective he is without question better than Oliver for Andersson.
