Yup, as soon as they draft Hughes, the clock starts ticking, especially with the obliteration of the middle term contract. You suddenly have a player that's jumping from a million bucks to 10 or 11 or 12 million bucks.
If I could trade McDavid and part of my return is a exceptionally good draft pick or a roster ready stud player on an entry level deal, I'm taking it.
