To me, I don’t think Rittich has been that bad. There’s been a couple softies, but even then, all goaltenders give up a bad goal occasionally. I just think he’s played some tough teams like the Sharks and the Lightning who routinely make goaltenders look bad with their scoring prowess.

I don't think Rittich has been bad, but I do think he has not been nearly as good as he was earlier in the season.

Smith has a 3-1 record against the Coyotes in his career with the Flames. I think I would actually go back to him and start Rittich against NYI.
