Did I miss it? Do we know which location this is yet?
I had a much less serious interaction with them about 5 years ago. My youngest had just entered daycare, so we were paying close to $2000/month in daycare costs. We had almost no money at that point and I took a car in for service and they charged me about $100 extra for some premium service that I "requested". When I told them it must have been a simple misunderstanding because there's no physical way I would ever agree to an added service at this point in my life, the manager told me I definitely asked for them.
Long story short, complaining to their customer service team on twitter was hilariously effective. The manager called back and told me corporate had contacted him and now he "had" to give me a refund. His tone was so obnoxious I just ate the $100 and let corporate yell at him for a few more days. One of the more petty things I've ever done but it was satisfying.
