Frolik is a good hockey player, who can eventually be re-moved for more picks next year when tanking actually makes sense for Ottawa. I am sure Ottawa would be interested in him AS A PIECE in a much larger deal.
Without Stone they are the worst team in the league hands down. He is their best player and it isn’t close.

They are that right now and the very reason they dont need nor will take back 30 year old journey men that have a year left on their deal. He is the anti-return they are looking for.
On top of all that...why would Frolik not include Ottawa in his no trade list?
