Why not try to acquire a guy like Schenn or Toffoli .. that will really solidy that top 6. Not to mention Chabot on defense.
The off-season also has goalie options with Varlamov and Bobrovsky...but their owner has to stop being so cheap

If Duchene and/or Stone would sign reasonable contracts, they would have signed by now.
The cost to stay in Ottawa today will be substantial.
