Grundstrom is actually a good pick-up for LA (unfortunately). A very impressive time in the SweHL that has translated to the NA game. He would likely crack the main rosters of some teams across the league already. Strong work ethic, gritty, physical, with some offensive touch. Won't be surprised to see him in LA as the season winds down.
Durzi is more of the gamble with a higher risk involved. Sounds like he has some great offensive instincts but is still quite raw.
The 1st allows LA to take someone of their own choosing. Overall, not a bad haul for #2/#3 and for a team who won't be sniffing the playoffs for some time.
