-Not gonna trade future assets for a quick fix, including better prospects and 1st round pick

-They believe they have the talent in the room to make the playoffs, but they need to find the right chemistry and character
-They made the choice between Koskinen and Talbot and that's why they chose to sign Koskinen (they made this decision collectively)
-It doesn't sound like they plan on cleaning house with respect to upper management, but they acknowledge that there are deep-seeded problems; there is something in the water here in Edmonton we don't have right
-On the development of young prospects, they bring them up too early in hope they are ready and need to leave them down until they are overripe
-On how far away they are, they are not rebuilding because they have the best player in the world and other good players and Oscar Klefbom is going to be back (the solution is in the locker room)
