Free give away gets ugly, but not as ugly as Washington
After a promotion goes slightly wrong where people were in near riot mode trying to get a GM Halifax Drunk Bobblehead there finally was a hockey game.
Like last night the Ducks came out flat giving up the first 2 gaols, but then caught on fire. Answering back with the next 3 and 2 more in the 3rd period the ducks flew to a 5-3 victory.
Amazingly enough due to the delay in the game from the near riot Oleg Kvasha got clearance to play half way through the 1st period, (last night Jaromir Jagr hit Kvasha in the head with a flagrant high stick). Doctors were awaiting the results from a CATscan and the delay provided the extra time needed.
Todd White lead the charge with 2 goals and an assist. “When we heard the news Oleg was cleared to play half way through the 1st period we were quite excited. At the time we were down t goals but we rallied around his return and played like we can.” Kvasha even went on to score the 5th Ducks goal in the 3rd period.
The Ducks are hosting the Toronto Maple Leafs tomorrow night.
