This will lead to the main board being inundated with post from flames fans about how they won the trade because lets face it they are obsessed with determining a winner amirite? Anyway below will have some stupid game info.

Please absolutely dismantle Bill "The Idiot" Peters and company. Hopefully he issues a moronic coaches challenge for old times sake.

Doesn’t look like such an idiot now that he’s been given a decent NHL line up to work with. Every coach we’ve had in the past 10 years besides muller, who really was kind of an idiot, has gone on to great success coaching other franchises. The thing that’s held us back every year is the inability to ice any real dangerous players or have any kind of depth. Our rosters have just been crap every year. That said, the addition of nino makes our top 9 look a whole lot better. Another center and maybe one more top 9 winger and it starts to look really good. Let’s hope Waddell and co can pull that move off sooner rather than later

Rittich is on my fantasy team, so I've got that going for me at least.

Depends on which Canes show up to play; the ones who spanked the Oilers 7-4 or the ones who almost got shut out at home by Ottawa. I have no idea what to expect, which is half the fun of being a Canes fan!

I have a lot of respect for our defensemen for blocking as many shots as they do. I can only imagine how much the puck hurts when it hits you and to be committed for 82 games to do that is amazing.

I'd gladly trade half those shots for a goal.
And the other half for another goal.
And then the leftover shot for a third goal.

If Canes lose this game and hold the Flames to under 15 shots I'm going to cry.

Canes have been dictating the play much of the game. Rougher 2nd than 1st. A half dozen butt-clenching rush chances against by Gaudreau is par for the course.

How OT went for me: puck gets dropped. Steam freezes. Stream recovers to see Calgary with the puck in their zone, stream freezes again. Stream catches up to hear the goal horn and see the entire team celebrating with each other. Damn hospital wifi

How it went for me: tweet notification, glance at my phone, flames win it 15 seconds into overtime. Check my stream and it's so far behind they haven't dropped the puck

2. Trade every available asset for big, slow, over paid players
3. Sign players to inflated UFA contracts
4. Give out NMC/NTC's to everyone
5. Over pay RFA's
6. Sit back and pray that Mcdavid can do everything on his own.
