I don't get why it couldn't go down
Were teams lining up to sign a 30 year old backup for more then 2.5 million?
If anything this year has seen a lot of good young goalies emerge and team will be more willing to trust younger goalies.
What team do you think would have paid him more then 2.5 on the open market?
