Maybe they can't count it correctly I'm sure you can. I'd rather give them 5 bucks than trust them with my credit card receipt.
New Grievance! People working the till who happen to have multiple body piercings that they refuse to look after correctly. I don't really have a problem with piercings but damn, I was in a liquor store the other day and the tillster dame was sporting a semi-circle of studs embedded in her chest just under her collarbones. That's kind of creepy to begin with, but the redness and swelling going on around them was enough to drive me to drink. Good thing I was in the right place.
