Honestly the Flames have such solid depth at all positions (except goal) I'd prefer they made no moves at the deadline.

- Deadline deals very rarely work out.

- The only moves that typically make sense is to load up on depth defensemen. However we will soon have 8 (9 if you count Prout) NHL caliber defencemen. Many are rookies but I feel like Anderson has solidified himself at this stage. Can rotate Valimaki/Kylington as required. Stone as a backup. And Prout as the emergency plan haha.

- Flames still have a couple NHL caliber forwards for added depth in the AHL as well. Quinne, Dube, Lazar, etc.

- Lets keep our picks and load up on some more prospects.
