honestly i do most of my shopping at costco, safeway i use for everyday stuff, superstore is a good place for dried goods and deli stuff (cheese etc.).

I noticed the same about Superstores meat. I get my meat from Sobeys.
As for Costco you have to watch your prices as they aren't always the cheapist. I do like their frozen section though and the prepaired foods they sell.
