Famous quote from one of the great baseball books of all time, Jim Bouton's "Ball Four," circa 1969, where some guys have the binoculars out and they're scoping the seats:
"Section 28, check the rack on that broad."
Bouton goes on to explain that an angry umpire catching players with binoculars could easily be calmed by telling him they weren't stealing signs, they were just boob watching.
