doesn't it seem odd the greatest schemer in Westeros was outdone by two teenage girls? Theory is a faceless man died/faked their death instead of LF, as LF has the backing of the Iron Bank. There's a number of little hints this was the case in the show. Not sure how confident I am, but I like it.
