I'm not sure if Edwards himself would win, but a person like Hillary would just divide the U.S even further. Never mind Republicans, there are enough Democratic voters who dislike her. Considering the winning candidate will need to attract a few swing voters, I just don't see her winning when even her party's base doesnt think much of her.

Hillary is not a person you dislike, she is a person you despise (or of course, love). That is not what that country needs right now, not after the last administration.
