Thanks so much for posting that... I was looking for it.
And.... that was before McDavid, so right after they drafted him... the Oilers were in great shape - they just won the hockey lottery, which should have produced a Stanley Cup in the near term - or at least propelled them into the conference finals or cup finals. But... this management team has pissed all that away.

Thats just poor management - if they fired all of them - if they could reverse all the deals that Chiarelli made and keep the 2nd round pick it cost them to acquire him.... and draft in just the 50th percentile of teams, then they'd have something BIG.
