Of course they offered no pushback - they are filled with fake tough guys and pansies. Drysaddle can slew foot MT and then run away all game long never having to answer the bell even though the two of them are roughly the same size (Drysaddle slightly bigger) and both produce the same offence, but MT is vilified by their moronic fans for getting jumped by an AHL plug that can barely skate. Nurse gets drilled by Sammy, then tries to start a fight (even though Sam is smaller he is still willing and a lot tougher than Nurse thought) - Sam is landing punches when the linesmen jump in to separate them .... and then Nurse lands one when Sam is tied up. Chickenbleep move by yet another fake tough guy.
I feel a bit bad for McCrybaby - no one on that team has any heart. He is too much of a baby to stand up for himself, and no one on the team will do it for him.
You want to see real team toughness? Go watch the clip of Sam jumping the Avs guy who hit Jankowski. Turned that game around.
