One, I'm pretty sure Treliving's going to exercise a little more patience. He's going to want to see if Neal can turn it up for us in the playoffs first, regardless of how poorly he's doing this season. If he's a dud there as well, then I see Treliving maybe exploring trading him. And that's still a maybe IMO.
And two, who in the league would want him? I'm not willing to give up assets for someone to take him off our hands.
So for better or worse, I'm pretty confident we're stuck with him for now.
Frolik on the other hand, I see gone by either the trade deadline, or during the offseason. I can't foresee Frolik with the Flames by next season.

Little to no chance Neal is dealt anytime soon.
I think Frolik will be moved this offseason. He is a valuable top 6-9 player that will be needed come playoff time. That kind of depth is going to be critical.
As far as trade chips go, I wonder if Czarnik might be dangled. He just hasn't been able to carve out a consistent spot in the lineup & there were many teams interested in him. I could see a scenario where he's sent somewhere for that LH D the Flames are rumoured to be pursuing.
