One player is playing so poorly its holding the team back, sure they are in a decent spot but should be leading the division by a mile. Its frustrating that the people in charge always seem to be the last ones to realize.
Its like last year with GG...everyone knew he was a bad coach, shouldn't have taken until the off season to give the guy the axe.

Fair enough, and it's not wrong to strive for perfection. In fact, Tre should be looking for more ways to improve the team.
I'm sure he knows Smith is an issue.
