Out of that group Spezza is the guy I want to see playing with the Flames the most by trade deadline; he’s almost matched his total output of all last year in half as many games, has a 59% faceoff percentage and is playing on the PP and averaging 14+ mins a night. If Dallas is out of it in February he’d be a perfect addition to target.
As for the defence one guy I want in particular and for nothing more than a mid pick/b prospect type offer would be Kronwall who Peters is very familiar with from being an assistant for 3 of his seasons in Detroit.
