I'm not saying that this is the case with O'Halloran... I have no idea what was going through his head. But if refs are repetitively making egregious errors that effect the outcome of a game, they should be publicly fired like the NFL.

There is way too much job security and it has given them the ability to guide their own agendas as to how to officiate the game. Either you do what is in the rule book, or you're gone.
