It's an interesting decision regardless of how it turns out. But you can't help think that trading away a close friend of McDavid's for a player who broke his collarbone is going to be ok in his mind. Too bad McDavid isn't more of a primadonna because I love to see a trade request after the season if their team missed the playoffs.
