Are you saying it's bad that he learned how ineffective the "magic economic bean" argument is?
What he says is true, and it's what would've given the Olympics a fighting chance: don't try to pull one over, lay it out and say "these are the benefits, this is what we're asking for."
He's right. If CSEC want support on this, they have to go in open and honest and wanting to work with the city. That's the way forward.
