Its a scary video in a lot of ways for the people who have family members that are over there fighting.

The training has certainly changed from the bad old days when ammunition was valuable and very heavy (The FN rifles that I carried weighed 13 pounds loaded, the rifles they carry now are far lighter, even though I prefer the FN for ease of use and cleaning. but using a high velocity 7.62 round had its advantages like shooting someone throuh a tree or a car, wheras the C7 uses a 5.56 nato round). We were taught to use aimed shots, and the FN's didn't have the full auto capability.

It looked like a typical confused combat situation where you don't really see the enemy, you see the rifle flashes.

They looked professional and they kept thier composure, the soldier at the end having a smoke looked a little shaky.
