Some of those examples looked like the kind of situation when maybe the ref could have called both but chose to keep the play going instead of stopping the play for offsetting penalties.
I hope they do start calling McDiver more though and he starts getting fined. He is making a farce of the game.

Watch him when he thinks he can make the play - he sure seems strong enough on his feet then.
