I got nabbed a couple of mornings ago on Centre Street N. I live and work downtown so I don't really drive that street a lot but just happened to take it that morning to run a quick errand. Yeah, I know, ignorance is not an excuse, I don't need a lecture...

Anyways, the cop said they would give me the reduced bylaw ticket that was $60 instead of the supposedly full $200 something amount.

What would the chances be of me getting a reduction in this situation? Never actually been to the court for this kind of thing before, but I see online that people do receive reductions for tickets often.
