Now: Present evidence addressing your claim that the quality of shots by McDavid's line vs. Backlund's line is sufficiently higher than the quality of shots by Backlund's line vs. McDavid's line to overcome the disadvantage in quantity of shots. Bonus points if you can show that other top defensive lines in the NHL are doing any better against McDavid's line, since your position appears to be based on the claim that Backlund is not a good defensive centre.
Or else, you know, admit you don't have a case.
