Yeah if you freeze it at the 9 second mark can see Backlund is leaning forward on an angle, head in line with his spine on an angle. Dumba hits it and it snaps back so quickly and then he finishes through the chest that it almost looks to happen at once, but for me the head was pretty clearly the first place he got hit.
Backlund made himself vulnerable but for me the whole thing leaves a sour taste, the Flames are walking along to an easy finish, should have been an empty netter and instead they lose their best defensive forward for 4-6 weeks in all probability in a nothing moment. Lets hope that isn't the case but geez I'd be surprised if that wasn't a concussion.
