I am in the tech industry, and I always find that G2 Crowd is a great place to start for comparisons based on user reviews and if you like rankings:

As expected, Salesforce is at the top of the food chain when it comes to CRM. However, Dynamics 365 and HubSpot are also good tools - assuming you are planning to scale or want more functionality in the future (e.g. HubSpot has content marketing tools if that is something you are interested in).

If you are interested in Salesforce and in Calgary, I can put you in touch with a small company that is growing and doing great things for clients locally. I believe they are also one of the few Calgary-based pure Salesforce outfits, and they are quite apt at both the business requirements and the technical rollout of what you are looking for.
