That would have to be a massive "plus." Nurse is probably a third-pairing defenseman on most NHL teams. IF he is the centrepiece in a deal the return is most likely a young middle-six 'tweener.

Again, what? The plan is to move a young NHL/AHL tweeter for an established top four defenseman? What team is making this deal? As of today, Yamamoto and Puljujarvi are both projects, whose value is in the ballpark of high-end but underperforming prospects.

So, the net result then would be: a third/second line 'tweeter playing on one of the top-two wings, a second-pair and third-pair defenseman playing in the top four with two other #3–4 defensemen, and a project.
