Treliving has been left at the dance with the best of whats left, not the one he wanted, for a few years now. Its the one item that has truly eluded him to this point as GM.
I am 100% certain he secures this in the off season, as early as possible. No more waiting, no more crossing fingers and hoping a player makes it to July 1.
Just my opinion of course.
