It used to have meaning, just like right wing nutjob, but then all the right wing nutjobs started calling everybody they disagreed with SJWs, and the SJWs called everyone right wing nutjobs, and now neither term has any outward meaning, they both just identify the caller of whichever term, an actual version of the other term.
